Dosanjh USA INC. is a US Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) specializing in AI-driven secure communication. We focus on transformational technologies that help people, organizations and the environment. Our motto is "Tech for Good" which empowers us to think of new solutions, products and services that can benefit our societies.

CEO, Co-Founder
Sunny "Dos" Dosanjh is the Chief Executive Officer. He is a Silicon Valley leader with over 25 years of experience. Sunny is well-known in the technology space as a thought leader, advisor and practical technician. His passion is to serve humanity and the environment by focusing on technologies that add value to people in everyday life. He is a US Air Force Veteran and graduate of San Jose State University with a BSC in Management Information Systems.
Kosta Vilk
CTO
Konstantin Vilk is the Chief Technology Officer. Previously, he co-founded QuSecure, a distinguished quantum computing cybersecurity firm. He established I-Span, which emerged as a pivotal cloud transformation partner. Post-I-Span, he led technology and cybersecurity within financial services. Vilk is acclaimed as a leading CTO in quantum computing and an influential voice in AI, cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, he contributes to Forbes.
Jay Dosanjh

Jay Dosanjh is the Chief Revenue Officer. He is a an accomplished Global Channel & Alliances Chief with over 20 years of experience. He's successfully scaled multimillion dollar revenue run rates at multiple IT startup-ups. Jay is recognized by CRN in 2024 as a Global Channel Chief for creating partner eco-systems and award winning channel partner programs. He is a graduate of San Jose State University with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Economics.
Sunil Ravipati

Sunil Ravipati, is the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. He has over 25 years of experience and is known for his deep expertise in GRC, Governance, Risk Management and Compliance particularly in the healthcare sector for cybersecurity. In addition, He has led Zero-Trust initiatives, contributed to NIST standards, launched Oracle’s SIEM 2.0, and is a CNCF security member. His leadership extends to co-founding startups as co-founder, CTO and CISO.
Kishore Kumar

Kishore Kumar is the Chief Business Development Officer. He is a seasoned entrepreneur known for founding Pari Networks, a network management and automation company that he grew and sold to Cisco. At Cisco, he played a crucial role in integrating the technology, enhancing Cisco’s network management solutions. Kumar is responsible for driving the growth strategy and fostering key partnerships in global markets.
Ron Brittain

Ron Brittain is the Chief Veterans Experience Officer. Previously, he was a Maritime Enforcement Officer for the U.S. Coast Guard. His extensive military experience has trained him to be a leader of multi-disciplinary teams and achieve the stated objectives. Ron's leadership is instrumental in understanding how Veterans can receive help for PTSD and other services with AI-driven technologies. He is passionate about helping Veterans and their families.

Sunny volunteers at Pathways Hospice where he leads the We Honor Veterans program as Chaplain for the San Francisco Bay Area. He also volunteers for the American Legion Santa Clara Post 419 as Chaplain, Service Officer and Honor Guard Captain. In addition, Sunny is a member of the Royal British Legion Posts in Isleworth, Liverpool, Peterborough and London, England.
